Yes, free parking is available on site. Please note that the studio is located on the second floor and requires climbing 12 steps. There is no elevator. If you have mobility concerns, please text or call us at (504) 500-7870 before booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes! If someone can't make it in person, they're welcome to join via FaceTime so they don't have to miss the moment.

We are by appointment only. We don't accept walk-ins because we want to be fully prepared and ready for you when you arrive, not in the middle of another scan. You can book online 24/7 through our booking page.

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Refunds are returned to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days, minus the Square transaction fee, which is non-refundable. No-call/no-shows forfeit the amount paid. To request a refund, email hello@neworleansultrasound.com.
