What services does Sweet Pea offer?

We offer 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D, and HD ultrasound imaging, pregnancy keepsakes, gender blood tests, and Angel Baby scans for expectant families across Greater New Orleans. Each session is performed by a certified sonographer in our private Metairie studio. Visit our packages page to find the right option for you.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available on site. Please note that the studio is located on the second floor and requires climbing 12 steps. There is no elevator. If you have mobility concerns, please text or call us at (504) 500-7870 before booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can my loved ones join the session remotely?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If someone can't make it in person, they're welcome to join via FaceTime so they don't have to miss the moment.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

We are by appointment only. We don't accept walk-ins because we want to be fully prepared and ready for you when you arrive, not in the middle of another scan. You can book online 24/7 through our booking page.

What should I do if I can't find the suite?

We're in Suite 205 at 3108 Cleary Ave. If you have any trouble finding us, text or call (504) 500-7870, and we'll point you in the right direction.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Refunds are returned to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days, minus the Square transaction fee, which is non-refundable. No-call/no-shows forfeit the amount paid. To request a refund, email hello@neworleansultrasound.com.

Is your office wheelchair/elevator accessible?

Our office is located on an upper floor and unfortunately does not have elevator access . You'll need to be able to walk up 12 steps to reach us. If a guest isn't able to make the stairs, they're welcome to join your session via FaceTime instead.
